GTS members get special pricing and significant savings for multiple reservation purchases. Pricing is listed on our homepage and in our member prospectus.

Reservation date selection (choosing the specific date of your visit) will take place about six months prior to each season. Members receive access to reservation dates and times based on membership category, number of reservations purchased, and signup order. All GTS members will choose their play dates before any other future membership category gets to choose. This is a great perk if you really want the perfect date each year.

Members receive access to special pre-opening events both at Old Charlie and at other sites around the country.

All pre-opening events are optional and intended to give our members a chance to meet up and enjoy time with each other before Old Charlie officially opens its doors.

On-Property Events:

• Guided construction tours showcasing course development

• Preview golf rounds prior to official opening at a discounted rate

Off-Site Events:

• Regional golf outings at select premier courses before Old Charlie is officially open.

  • Locations influenced by geographic distribution of membership

• Behind-the-scenes access to course creation process

GTS Member Advantage:​

• First right of refusal for all pre-opening events

• Selection priority determined by:

  • Total number of reservations purchased (primary factor)​

  • Timestamp of purchase (secondary factor)

  • Note: for some events demand may far exceed available supply. Selection priority above will apply to the right of first refusal for each available date.

Note: Timing and Financial Considerations:

• Reasonable notice (at least 3 months ahead of time) for planned events will be provided to allow members time to secure time off and/or lodging as necessary.

• Some events may require additional fees

  • Preview play rates are $100 and availability will be extremely limited.

  • Pricing for offsite golf outings and meet and greets will vary based on golf and/or food expenses.

  • Transparent pricing for all events communicated well in advance

One of our GTS members will get the opportunity of a lifetime; the chance to see his or her hole design come to life as a part of Old Charlie.

GTS Member Advantage:

• Design contest is open to Goat Track Society members only

Contest Details:

• Each entrant will be given a topographic map, an area to work with, and an approximate location of the tee and green. The rest is up to you to design.

• Not unlike the Lido Prize that Riley Johns and other great designers have won, submissions will be anonymous. The Rhebb & Johns team will determine the winner.

• Comprehensive guidelines and submission requirements forthcoming

• Judging and determination for inclusion in final design is at the sole discretion of our owners and course designers. We reserve the right to make draft and field adjustments to the final winning design as necessary.

• Timeline will align with overall course development phases

• On-course recognition plaque for the winning designer

Limited to Goat Track Society members only. Once the club has been opened for a full year, GTS members will have the ability to transfer their membership (and all of its privileges) to a friend or loved one.

• We require 30 days notice of the transfer. Any details associated with a membership transfer are the responsibility of the member and the individual who receives the membership

• Resignations are handled differently. Please note that your initiation fee is not refundable in the event of a resignation, except in certain exceptional circumstances

In appreciation for their early support, we’ve created GTS events for our Goat Track Society members. These are special days (apart from the normal play date calendar) that will be set aside each year for our GTS members to come out and enjoy a day of fun tournament golf on us.

• GTS Events are on the house. You cover lodging and your drinks, and we’ll handle the golf, carts, food, and the rest of it.

• Final format is TBD, but you can expect something like a two person best ball tournament with prizes for the winners.

  • Please note that our usual capacity limit will be exceeded for these events. We’ll have no more than 22 groups on the course at a time, however (10+ minute intervals)

• There’ll be some amazing one-of-a-kind swag at these events and, we’re certain, plenty of great surprises.

• We’ll announce the dates for the Goat Track Events by season, well enough in advance for our members to arrange a visit.

GTS Member Advantage:

• Goat Track Society events are only available to Goat Track Society members.

• We will have several Goat Track Society events to choose from each year. As with our other events, date selection priority determined by:

• One event per reservation per year. Every reservation purchased gets an invite to participate.
