A: You can find a full list of member benefits here. Buying a reservation gets you one day of unlimited golf per year (per person) during the season and time of week you select. The initiation fee reserves that time slot for as long as you’re a member. Annual dues (only paid once we’re open) cover golf. On your play date(s) you can play as much golf as you want, on both the little and the big courses. Cart is included if you choose to use one. Food and drinks are extra. Cabin stays are extra and not required.

A: Every player must have a reservation, including guests. Yourself and three guests for one day per year requires purchase of four reservations.

A: We think the concept of fractional access makes a ton of sense for a destination golf club. It means more people will get the chance to experience the golf course, and it also means that our members will pay a lot less for access. It’s not for everyone, but for folks who want to belong to a great club that they can visit once or twice a year and get immersed in golf and truly decompress, this is going to be a great option.

A: This is not an equity club, nor is it a non-profit. Facility improvements and repairs are our responsibility, not that of our members.

A: If you’ve ever taken a golf trip with friends and thought to yourself “we should do this every year,” then Old Charlie is your place. We’re taking those kinds of experiences and throwing them together into a club that’s purpose built for golf trips. It is great golf, first and foremost, but it’s also the kind of place with soul. It’s a kick your feet up and listen to live music kind of place. If that all sounds great to you, then there’s your reason. If it doesn’t, then you should probably stay away.

A: Date selection is based on order of sign-up, so the earlier you join, the better shot you have at getting the exact dates you want each year. But honestly that shouldn’t be your only reason. A better one? The folks who join now will have a very real opportunity to shape the future of Old Charlie. If you’ve ever wanted to have your say in how a club is built and operated, then joining now gives you the best chance to do that.

Paid initiation includes lifetime membership with annual dues (play fee) structure.

• Accepted in writing with at least 30 days’ notice

• Initiation fees non-refundable except under certain circumstances (see T&Cs for details)

• Annual dues (play fees) refund policy:

  • Full refund if resignation occurs before scheduled reservation date

  • No refund if resignation occurs after scheduled reservation date

Guests are allowed to join our members for food, drinks, and camaraderie at The Hammock. Please note that all golfers must have a reservation to play the golf course.

The following items will be clarified in detail prior to opening:

• Comprehensive community standards and etiquette. We have very few rules: take care of the course and be courteous to your fellow players and staff and that’s about it. No dress codes or tucked in shirts in the clubhouse or anything like that. General guidelines will be provided closer to opening day.

• Food and beverage operations. We’ll have a fully stocked grill for food and beverages. Actual menu items and additional facilities are TBD.

Old Charlie Golf Club reserves the right to refine, clarify, or amend these benefits and policies as the project progresses to ensure clarity, fairness, and an exceptional experience for all members.
