Membership at Old Charlie: A Lifetime of Great Golf Memories for Around $1,000
Membership at Old Charlie works like a vacation club for golf. When you join our club, you’re effectively buying a set-it-and-forget-it golf vacation that you’ll get to enjoy every year for as long as you’re a member. The one-time reservation fee that you pay when you join guarantees your spot(s) on the roster, and once you're in, your annual dues of $150 cover golf and cart on your designated play date(s).
Posted pricing is for our limited Goat Track Society founding membership only. It will increase for subsequent tiers.
Examples and Membership Strategies
Scenario 1: Solo Pilgrimage
A solo player wants to visit Old Charlie once per year
1 Player x 1 Days = 1 reservation for 1 round per year
Scenario 2: Player + Guests
1 player wants to bring (and pay for) 3 guests to play over a two-day weekend each year
4 Players x 2 Days = 8 reservations to purchase for 8 rounds per year
Scenario 3: Save with Split Membership
2 frugal friends want to play every other year (Price as low as $250)
2 Players x 1/2 Days = 1 reservation (in this case you split the reservation. One player comes one year, the other the next.)
Scenario 4: Save with a Group Buy
A large group of friends (40) agree that a small group of them (8) will come each year. The group splits the initiation fee and different group members come each year.
8 Players x 1 Day = 8 Reservations for 8 rounds per year (Note: the cost for 8 peak date reservations (spring weekends @ $9,600) divided by a group of 40 is just $240 per person)

Our GTS founding membership comes with great benefits even before we officially open our doors, including construction tours and preview play, pre-opening golf outings at golf courses around the country, and the chance to design a hole that will become a part of the course.
And it pays to join early. Our first wave of founding members automatically become part of the Goat Track Society (GTS). GTS members get access to the play date calendar before anyone else, get first dibs on construction tours and preview play, plus each GTS reservation includes an invite to one of our annual Goat Track Challenge days. It’s an extra round of golf, completely on the house. Read more about our membership benefits below.
Here’s how it works:
How to Secure your Play Date(s)
Choose when you’ll play: select a specific season (Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall) and time of week (weekday/weekend) for each reservation
Make a one time payment to secure your play date(s): pay once and the day you selected is yours every year for as long as you’re a member. (A summer weekday is our lowest priced option at $500; spring or fall weekends are highest at $1,200.)*
Pay annual dues once we’re open: $150 per reservation per year covers unlimited golf (cart included) on your designated play date(s)
You won’t pick the actual dates today, just the season and time of week. The date selection process will take place closer to opening day.

Example Available Reservations Calendar
In this example, several play dates have already been reserved (in blue). The available play dates (and their associated prices) are represented by the white slots. There are of course hundreds of these slots per category; we have fewer represented here for simplicity.
Reserve any or all of these open slots and they’re yours for as long as you’re a member. $150 dues per slot per year covers golf.
The Flexibility you Need
Bringing Guests
Every player needs a reservation, including guests. If you’re bringing friends or family, simply add extra reservations. You can even split payment with your buddies at checkout.
Sharing Your Reservations
Reservations can go to different people each year, which gives you a lot of flexibility. Want to bring along different folks every year? Want to rotate your membership with a buddy or group? It’s all fair game at Old Charlie.
Maintenance, Weather, and Illness Concerns:
We’ve considered maintenance, weather, and illness contingencies in our planning. Each year, we set aside about 125 days for maintenance and make-up play. We’ll never be open during aeration weeks, and there’s plenty of availability to reschedule in case of bad weather, illness, or other unexpected conflicts

Membership does not come with equity, nor is any investment or ownership stake implied as part of this membership purchase offer.

Membership does not include any lodging. We will happily offer suggestions, but cannot arrange lodging for our visitors.

Any purchase of four or more reservations earns a discount of $50 on each reservation (unlimited).
Active duty and retired military get a 10% reservation discount

Dues will be adjusted annually, if necessary, for inflation, but will never increase by more than 5% in any single year.

The Goat Track Society

Every reservation comes with all day access, cart included, for the reserved play date(s).

Reservation dates are selected annually before each season begins. Selection priority is based first on number of reservations purchased, then by purchase timestamp. GTS members will always have first access to the reservation calendar, and every GTS member, regardless of their reservation count, will choose their reservation date(s) before any other membership category.

We'll have a ton of fun before Old Charlie officially opens its doors, and GTS members will have a front row seat. You'll get first access to pre-opening events, both at Old Charlie (construction tours, preview play, etc.), and at other locations (meet & greets, golf outings, chats with design team, etc.).

Every founding member will get the chance to design a hole at Old Charlie, and Keith and Riley will choose a winning entry that they will incorporate into the golf course design. Entry to the competition comes with your membership.

Annual celebrations held in honor of our first founding members, these Goat Track Challenge events (about 14 per year) will be our very first, and very best, annual tradition. The events will include plenty of golf, some amazing swag, and lots of good vibes, and it's (almost) all on the house. You arrange lodging and cover your drinks, and we'll take care of the rest. Every GTS member gets an invite with their membership.

Once we've been operational for a full year, GTS members will be allowed to transfer their membership(s), once, to a friend or loved one. It will ensure that our earliest and most important supporters leave a lasting legacy.
